Året därpå vann Instalco sitt första kontrakt inom 8era olika installationsområden och under 2015 påbörjades en expansion över större delar av landet genom förvärv i Instalco förvärvar bolag för typiskt sett cirka 5 gånger vinsten. Den decentraliserade strukturen är en hörnsten i strategin, men vissa synergier finns inom administration och inköp.
